Heads of Offices Convene to Approve Annual Operations Plan
In a significant step towards achieving its goals for 2025, Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) held its first meeting of heads of offices. The meeting focused on cascading and approving the institution’s Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and announcing deadlines for Work and Financial Plans.
The meeting at the NBSC Board Room on January 21 aimed to refine and finalize the AOP, a critical document that guides the college’s plans and activities throughout the year. By maximizing the utilization of this year’s budget, NBSC aims to secure increased funding for 2026.
College President Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, presided over the meeting and emphasized the importance of responsible resource management, reminding the heads of offices to use government funds effectively.
